Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@faithandcoapparel.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns

At Faith & Co, every item is made and prepared with care. Because many of our products are made to order, we accept returns for store credit only.

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn
• Item must be unwashed
• Item must be in original condition
• Item must be free of stains, odors, or pet hair

Free return shipping

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. Approved returns will receive store credit only, which does not expire.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or discounted items
• Limited edition or holiday collection items
• Accessories (hats, bags, etc.)
• Items that have been worn or washed
• Items returned outside the return window
• Large orders (subject to review at our discretion)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every item is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include the following:

• Order number
• Name used for the order
• Clear photo of the issue

If the issue is verified within the reporting timeframe, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.


Missing Items

If any item from your order is missing, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

After this period, we are unable to verify missing items and may not be able to issue replacements.


Return Inspection

Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our team.

If approved, you will receive store credit sent to the email used for the original purchase.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Store credit will be issued only after inspection
• Items returned without approval may not be accepted

If a return is rejected due to wear, odor, stains, pet hair, or damage, we will contact you with the option to have the item shipped back at your expense.


Exchanges

At this time, Faith & Co does not offer direct exchanges.

If you ordered the wrong size, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size. If the original item qualifies for return, store credit may be issued after inspection.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days before shipping.

Shipping times depend on the selected carrier and destination.
