Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Times
After processing, orders are shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on the shipping carrier.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, Faith & Co is not responsible for lost packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Faith & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Shipping Delays
Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volumes.
Once your order has been shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery timeframe.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
